To apply for the travel/registration reimbursement scholarship, you must first register for the conference.

APPLY FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT

Once you’ve registered for the conference, fill out the NSF Reimbursement Scholarship form below. Our judges will review your application and let you know if you have been selected to receive the reimbursement.

Applications Close: August 21, 2023 | 5 pm ET

ENERGY&MOBILITY is seeking applications from university students interested or enrolled in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math programs to attend our conference and to be considered for a place on our student panel.

This scholarship opportunity is open to applicants from any educational institutions, and the amount awarded will cover cost to attend, up to $600 in travel reimbursement.

Please complete the form below and submit for consideration. You will be notified by August 25th if you have been selected to speak on the panel or receive scholarship funds.
