Christopher Barth received his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2019. His research focused on power processing algorithms and topologies for photovoltaic power generation as well as high density inverters for electric aircraft applications. He is currently an Aerospace Technologist at the NASA Glenn Research Center where he supports the Fission Surface Power program with concepts and expertise on controllers for Stirling power convertors and electrical power conversion.
